mission
budokan's aim is be the most successful chain of pan asian
restaurants along with asian food producer and retailer in
the south west. our intention on a commercial and social
level is to continue to focus on our impact in the local
community whilst having the qudos of an expanding regional
organisation.
from the out-set budokan has maintained a policy of using
only the freshest ingredients in the preparation of it's dishes,
with a strong emphasis on visual presentation. each dish on
the menu
has been chosen to reflect a comprehensive representation
of pan asian cuisine and is as authentic as the western palate
will allow.
